Grande cura è stata posta nella ristrutturazione. Le caratteristiche originali dell'edificio sono state mantenute, come i meravigliosi soffitti a volta, e i pavimenti originali in cotto. I bei caminetti mantengono l'antico fascino e suggeriscono il pensiero che il tempo si sia fermato. Il lavoro di restauro attento e di gusto, completato di recente (aprile 2009) è stato portato avanti con grande attenzione e rispetto per i materiali di costruzione originali; mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento, elettrico, idraulico e gli infissi sono completamente nuovi. Per quanto possibile i materiali originali sono stati mantenuti come negli infissi interni e per le facciate di mattoni a vista, le decorazioni originali dei soffitti e il cotto dei pavimenti. Questi sono in cotto antico fatto a mano e in pietra bianca locale Particolare attenzione è stata dedicata alla scelta di tutti quei prodotti di alta qualità per le finiture e all'uso delle tinte, selezionate per intonarsi con il carattere dei diversi spazi.

In the last three years, it has been lovingly restored, preserving its ancient heritage. Great care has been taken in the renovation. The original characteristics of the building have all been retained, beautiful high vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors are all featured and the beautiful fire-places keep the old glamour and suggest the idea that the time has stopped. The careful and tasty restoration works, recently completed (April 2009), have been carried out with great care and respect for the original building materials, meanwhile heating, electrical system, plumbing system, shutters are totally new. As far as it has been possible, the traditional materials have been maintained, such as in the exposed-stone facade, in the ceilings showing the original decorations and floors tiles. They are made of ancient handmade cotto and white local stone. A particular attention has been paid to the choice of all the high quality materials, to the finishings and to use of paints, blending in nicely with the character of the rooms.
